The Golden Visa offers a 5-year Green Residence visa for skilled professionals, freelancers, investors, and entrepreneurs. It allows the addition of three executives and their families.
Additionally, a 10-year visa is available for investors and entrepreneurs, permitting the inclusion of family members, domestic support staff, one executive director, one advisor, and business partners contributing AED2 million. Both visas offer free UAE travel and the flexibility to live and own businesses in Dubai. The 10-year visa allows members to stay in the UAE in the event of the original holder’s death. For the 5-year entrepreneur visa, three executives and the applicant’s family can be added. The 10-year visa for investors includes the spouse and children, domestic support staff, one executive director, one advisor, and can be extended to business partners contributing AED2 million.
Additional benefits allow family members to stay in the UAE until the permit expires in case of the original holder’s death. Successful applicants get a six-month visa to explore opportunities, with no age or nationality restrictions for Golden visa applications.
